My favorite auto shop! Steve is always super helpful and goes above and beyond to assist me. Yesterday, I called because I was considering buying a car and wanted some advice on the engine issues that are known for that type of car. Steve researched it for me and gave me a call back with advice on what to look for if there are existing problems, and how to prevent future issues. I am always impressed with their automotive and also customer service skills. Will continue to bring all of my vehicles here because I know I will get the best service in town.

Had to get a stuck lug nut extracted out of my girlfriends front left tire. Called firestone they said $160. Called JD auto they said a week at least. Then I called Vision. The person I spoke to was extremely professional and kind and allows me to bring the car in immediately. Within an hour i received a cal back stating they could do it and they just needed another hour. They only charged me $73 and even noticed my main issue which was the brake. I explained to them what was going on and he even gave me a great tip on to how to fix the issue. He was correct and i was able to fix the issue. They did not have to do that. So big shout out to Vision and I will be back for all my car related repairs and maintenance. 5 stars.

They did a great job servicing my 2009 Cadillac DTS. Their staff were very knowledgeable and kind, and they were even able to get a part on very short notice. Their lobby was also very nice with free coffee and fast wifi. They are also one of the only places in town that will come and pick your car up from your work if needed

Really impressed by these folks. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my issue rapidly and completed the work within one business day. They also offer a shuttle service which was EXTREMELY convenient. They took me home while the work was being completed and then came back and picked me up when it was completed. The price was right where it should have been. Very happy and would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends.

I took my car to the dealership and was given a $10k estimate for a wide range of repairs, including an engine leak. Took the car here for a second opinion and they found the engine leak was so minor it wasn't worth fixing, and fixed all the rest for under $1k. My car drives great and everything seems fine now -- would highly recommend for reasonable repairs and honest estimates!
