Lost my buisness after spending thousands over the years. They wanted to charge me over 300 just to get a quote and have my car looked over for repair. I agreed to paying 150 to find out what was going on in my front end and make sure my car was safe. They wanted to charge me to diagnose problems separately. They didn't even look into the issue I paid them to as they suggested an alignment when infact my motor mount is broke. This is not something that should be over looked if the job was done correctly. They took my money for nothing. Went to a new shop. Got my car looked over.... took a hour and diagnosed the issues my car is having. I now have relief knowing what's wrong and I can move forward w repairs. I had previously reached out to vision after I had attempted to have my car diagnosed at there shop. I was feeling ripped off and taken advantage of..I let them know the service I received was not sitting well with me. Vision responded asking how they could have done better. I explained how I felt and why. I GOT NO REPSONSE!!!!!! This was on a Monday and today is Friday and I took my car and buisness else where and boy am I glad I did. I have a BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT. Once I infact knew I didn't get the service I paid for I reached back out to vision asking for a refund. Once again I got no reply. Remind u I been a customer there for many years and have also brought them buisness. I don't know what has changed or what's going on but VISION TIRE & AUTO is NOT the same place I knew them to be in my past experiences. I will NEVER return!!!!! I tried to communicate for them just to throw the fact that they picked up and dropped off my car whitch I was and am very grateful for however not when I'm paying for a service I didn't even get!!! I was left feeling ripped off and i definitely didn't get anything accomplished but a wasted day and a lighter wallet. They kept my car all day and wasn't gonna return it till the next day but I called just after five asking if they planned to return my car (they was not). I had to work in the morning. They had my car ALL DAY! Front end/ suspension issues arent that complicated. (Probably the reason they didn't test drive my car and sent me off saying i just need an alignment) I even had an appointment there the day before and they turned me away saying they was down two technicians. I understand and had no issue to reschedule. I'm just beyond frustrated. Please refund my money. I'm a single mom trying my best to have reliable SAFE transportation. I can use that money for actual repair or maintenance. I'm easy to please and I'm just saying to myself "are you kidding me" I'm trying to down play how I feel but I CANNOT justify this service I received, period!!!!

Came into the shop for a alignment with my lifted Wrangler and they were amazing got it all done and dialed in were super helpful and was able to adjust and take care of everything to be going straight again

This shop should stick to tire changes. Never bring your vehicle here if it's having mechanical issues. This place will throw parts at it and hope it works. Then charge you for the parts that weren't messed up in the first place. And they will call you and say your vehicle fixed after a few weeks. Then you have waste more time bringing the vehicle back 4 times because it wasnt actually fixed.
