Just want to say how thankful I am to Vision Tire and Auto, not only were they able to get my car fixed up very quickly, they were even nice enough to come pick it up from my house and drop it off after completing it, made the process so much easier for me. Nick and Mark up front are amazing to work with and are super informative and informative! Im glad I was able to find them and plan to use them for all my future car services. Great work, speedy work, proper work. Not too expensive pretty reasonably priced. First visit: approx 163k miles, 2011 Chrysler 200....CEL would come on and limp mode periodically. Replaced intake and exhaust cams, worked hard to get them in one day, it was a blizzard but they still got some in all the way from Grand Rapids. They also replaced a ball joint and my ride was much smoother. I paid like $830 I think, pretty reasonable some would have gouged me. Repair to engine has lasted 20k more miles no CEL or limp mode, still running great. 2nd visit: had ABS and stabilitrak lights come on, replaced a wheel bearing, tone ring and sway bar linkage, $777.77, but was done same day and nothing else like 1000 miles later, again riding much more smoothly. Their employees are friendly, reasonable and professional. If you are in the Jackson area I highly recommend this shop.

It was mess getting there with the road construction going on! It is worth dealing with the mess because this is a great business! Give them a try!

My fiance and I struggle with trusting people with things we have invested our hard earned money in. With that being said, Vision Tire in Jackson, MI is the only shop we trust. We have taken our Honda Civic, Lexus LS and lifted Ram 1500 Sport here. I've never been dissappointed. They do their best to keep the cost down, help with transportation, communicate in layman's terms so you can understand, and I have never had them up charge me. Its an experience you don't get in many places these days.

Hands down one the best mechanical shops here in Jackson. Mark and Nick always provide exceptional customer service. They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. They are extremely helpful, and always walk me through the repair process when it comes to repairing my older vehicle. They provide thorough inspections, offer the best solutions to keep my vehicle running and on the road, and they always keep me informed regarding my rewards points, maintenance, and more. Nick is very informative and professional. I highly recommend their services! They’ve always taken care of me. They rock!

This is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles. The whole staff is always very friendly, efficient, transparent and skilled! Nick especially has been a huge help to me and I appreciate the whole teams efforts! I have had awful experiences with other mechanics but have never had a single issue with the team at Vision. Having the inconvenience of getting a car fixed is never fun, especially when it's a costly repair, but the team at Vision makes the whole process run as smoothly as possible. From loaner cars, pick up/drop off, phone call updates and thorough review at checkout you know that your vehicle is in good hands! They have my complete trust!

Quality work done at a fair price in a reasonable time frame. The road construction makes it a challenge to get there, but that is in no way a reflection on Vision Tire and Auto. Keep supporting these wonderful people even if you have to take a detour to get there.
