Great customer service! They make it so easy to get my car serviced while I’m at work and communication is great!

Thank you Vision tire and Auto for coming to get my car for an oil change while I was at work. They not only changed my oil but they did an inspection on my truck and found a few issues while they were looking it over. They called the dealer to see if the repairs would be covered under warranty and they were! I would have gladly paid for the repairs through them but Pat said that it was covered under my factory warranty and I should take it to the dealer to get my vehicle repaired for free. They’re honesty and attention to detail has made me a life long customer.

Every person at the Lansing location is so helpful. the pick up/drop off for service is a wonderful thing! It's difficult because of my work schedule and hours to get my car serviced.
